The Steps to Franchise Ownership
1. Inquiry
The initial inquiry form gives us your basic contact information. There is no obligation. It simply allows us to contact you to learn if your interests and qualifications match those of an Amigos & More® franchisee. We will attempt to contact you by phone and/or email and will request a time to discuss the opportunity in more detail.

2. Initial Conversation
The first real step is a discussion on the phone. We are interested in understanding your goals and determining if we are a right match for a franchise relationship. You will be able to ask key questions and we will outline our expectations and requirements. If we both decide that it is worth it move forward in the process, we will send out an initial package of information and ask that you complete the Franchise Application form (available online).

3. Franchise Application
The Franchise Application allows us to verify that you are a viable franchisee candidate. In addition to a general background check, we also perform an FBI criminal background investigation.

4. Ongoing Discussions
As the process continues, we will have ongoing discussions to answer any questions that you may have and ensure that your spouse (if applicable) is on board as well. Once you are prepared to schedule your Discovery Day we will plan to send the UFOC and schedule a UFOC tour to make sure that you understand all of the information in the document.

5. UFOC Document
The UFOC (Universal Franchise Offering Circular) is a legal document that outlines the franchise opportunity. Because of the intimidating nature of the document, we will overview the document together (by phone) to ensure that you understand its content.

6. Discovery Day
Discovery Day is a personal visit to the Amigos & More® headquarters in Kirtland, Ohio for a day to meet in person and learn more details about the business. We will review materials, watch a class or two and you will have the opportunity to engage in a thorough question and answer. NO payment is required from you at this time.

7. Final Consideration
Discovery Day will give you an in depth look into the Amigos & More® franchise opportunity and also allow us to conduct our final evaluation of your potential as a franchisee. We will award you the opportunity for franchise ownership only if we both believe that we are compatible for a comfortable and successful franchisee/franchisor relationship. We want you to be 100% certain that you are willing to commit to becoming an Amigos & More® franchisee.
Once the decision is made, the necessary paperwork is completed and we will schedule training dates.

8. Training
You will receive 5 days of training at the Amigos & More® headquarters in Kirtland, Ohio. Your Franchise Fee is required at this time, as your final commitment to launching your Amigos & More® business.

9. Ongoing support
The staff at Amigos & More® is available to support you as needed. We are only a phone call or email away and we will schedule regular weekly phone conferences for the first 3 months to ensure that you are on the right track and that all of your questions and issues are addressed. Our online intranet site will also be available 24/7 for resources that can help your business thrive.
